In some cases, we may also collect information you provide about others, such as when you add supporters to your platform to perform wealth screenings or demographic screenings. We will use this information to fulfill your requests and will not send marketing communications to these contacts unless they separately opt in to receive communications from us.

We do not collect any payment card data directly. If you make a purchase through our Services, all payment card data is collected and processed by a third party payment processor. We may retain the last 4 digits of any payment card for account administration purposes.

Donation refund policy

DonorMozo has instituted a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. DonorMozo expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. DonorMozo also recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind. DonorMozo will examine request for refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. DonorMozo may also seek proper explanation and reason from the user. Also, it will require further verification of the user and need documents of proof as well as for donation.

DonorMozo is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
